This hands-on position is responsible for delivering and installing luxury kitchen appliances in residential and commercial settings while ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.As an Appliance Installer, you will independently perform appliance installations or alongside an Install Assistant and coordinate with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot installation challenges, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and represent ADU professionally at every job site.The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This individual communicates professionally, works effectively both independently and as part of a team, and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding installation experience while upholding ADU's Core Values.Requirements1–2 years of appliance installation experience preferred, or equivalent experience in a related mechanical, construction, or installation field. This role is exposed to all types of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
